Meet Kristen – A Dedicated Director with a Heart for Community
Kristen became the Director of Forest CDC in February 2024, bringing three years of hands-on child care experience and a deep love for early childhood education. Recently earning her CDA in infant and toddler care, she is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where little ones can learn, grow, and thrive.
Kristen is dedicated to making Forest CDC a vital part of the Comstock community, ensuring that families feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. When she’s not at the center, she’s busy being a mom to her two children and caring for her beloved animals—including her cherished chickens and her three giant, lovable dogs, Bell, Hammy, and Millie. Her commitment to children, families, and the community shines through in everything she does, making Forest CDC a place where both kids and caregivers feel right at home.

Located at 5196 Comstock Ave, our daycare is conveniently close to the I-94 Sprinkle Road exit. We offer spacious classrooms, a large indoor play area, and an outdoor playground for plenty of fun. We also offer a fantastic summer program and care during school holiday breaks for school-age children. In operation since 2011, we’re a hidden gem in the Comstock area!
