Meet Hailey – An Energetic and Adaptable Educator

Hailey brings six years of experience in child care, having worked with multiple age groups and developing a well-rounded understanding of early childhood education. She earned her CDA in infant/toddler care in 2022 and has a strong passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments.

As the newest member of the CDC team of directors, Hailey has embraced her role with enthusiasm, quickly becoming a valued part of Oakland CDC. Whether stepping into a classroom at a moment’s notice or bringing fresh ideas to her staff, she’s always ready to lend a hand.

Recently married, Hailey is entering an exciting new chapter in both her personal and professional life. With her adaptability, passion, and dedication, she’s a wonderful asset to the children, families, and staff she supports every day.

Built in 1998 and located on the campus of Oakland Academy, we offer convenient before and after-school care for students. Our open-concept center has no closed doors, providing a full visual experience for both parents and children when they enter. We also have a fenced-in playground that backs up to a wooded lot, where you can often spot wild turkeys and deer. Additionally, we offer a fantastic summer program and care during school holiday breaks for school-age children. We're right off the I-94 Oakland Drive exit, making us easy to reach!
