Meet Amy – A Mentor and Director with a Heart for Early Childhood

With over 22 years of experience in early childhood education, Amy is a true leader and mentor in the field. Loved by both staff and parents, she brings warmth, expertise, and an unwavering dedication to creating a nurturing environment for children. She earned her CDA in 2021 and continues to expand her knowledge by taking early childhood classes periodically.

As a mother of three boys and one girl, Amy understands the joys and challenges of parenting firsthand, which fuels her passion for supporting families and educators alike. Her leadership, compassion, and years of experience make her an invaluable part of the early childhood community, ensuring that every child in her care feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Located on the campus of Arbor Academy, we offer convenient before and after-school care for students. Our open-concept center has no closed doors, giving parents and children a full visual experience upon entering. We also have a fenced-in playground with plenty of space to run and play. In addition, we offer a fantastic summer program and care during school holiday breaks for school-age children. Our facility houses a GSRP classroom and is conveniently located right off Columbia Ave in Battle Creek.
